26/07/25 afternoon - person at the reception - a young boy, VERY arrogant and absolutely racist! I don't speak German as I'm visiting family, we bought coins and wanted to use on VR ride, I asked in English if he can assist with ride. Firstly he took deep breath (as he's fed up) and then turn his back and ignored us. When I asked again he answered in ENGLSIH that he will not speak with me unless is in German.. My parents live here 20 years and got shocked with his behavior, so so unacceptable! We will never go back here
